- All our goods are covered by a two-year guarantee, unless otherwise stated. In the case of goods made of natural materials such as leather, this guarantee is limited to a matter of function, as these materials are affected by the environment and how you as a customer use them.

The delivery time is 1-3 working days for goods that are in stock. If the product is not in stock, it will take approximately 15 working days for you to receive the goods.
- We offer shipping for orders over SEK 500.
- If you were not to pick up your item, it will be sent back to us. You as the buyer are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Of course you can return, we offer a 30-day right of return, but think about the environment and make an informed decision before you click something home!
- If you want to return an item, it is important that it is in unchanged condition so that we can sell the item to someone else and not have to dispose of it.
- We will refund the purchase price as soon as we can, a maximum of 14 days after we have received the item back.
- It is important that you collect your package as soon as possible. To return an item, you first need to pick up the package and then send it back according to the procedure above.
