  • As a start-up company, it is our primary task to ensure that our customers are satisfied. Our aim is that you will be as satisfied as we are with the fittings. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our products, we promise you a replacement product or your money back.

  • In order for you to feel safe shopping from us, it goes without saying that we comply with the Consumer Purchase Act, The Act on Distance Agreements and Agreements outside business premises . Large parts of the information below are based on these laws.

Ordering

  • First of all, to be able to shop with us you must be 18 years old. If you are under 18, you need approval from your guardian.
  • When you place an order, you at the same time accept our terms of purchase and consent to us saving your specified personal data in our register.
  • If you enter incorrect personal data, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel your order. The same applies if you have payment complaints or if other problems arise in connection with your order.
  • In the case of realisation, we reserve the right to sell out of stock. Then we reserve the right to cancel placed order or extended delivery time.

Payment

  • When you pay for your item, you can choose between invoice, partial payment, card payment or direct payment.
  • Together with our payment partners, we have the right to carry out a credit check. Should there be objections, we reserve the right to refuse a purchase. Likewise if we suspect fraud.

Force majeure

  • Sometimes things happen in our environment that we cannot control. Pandemics, wars, strikes, disasters, sharp price changes, defective/failed deliveries from our producers or comparable events are beyond our control. In such situations, we reserve the right to cancel a purchase. Of course, we will then notify you of this as soon as we can.

Guarantee

  • If any item is defective, you should contact us directly at info@knokkbeslag.se Attach a photo of the item's defect.
  • When we agree that the product is defective, we will offer you a replacement product in the first instance. Sometimes it will be easier for all parties to offer the money back, whereupon we reserve the right to offer it.
  • Of course, we are responsible for the costs of any return shipping. But we try as much as possible to avoid shipping defective goods out of consideration for the environment.
  • All our goods are covered by a two-year guarantee, unless otherwise stated. In the case of goods made of natural materials such as leather, this guarantee is limited to a matter of function, as these materials are affected by the environment and how you as a customer use them.

Delivery information

    • We offer free shipping for orders over SEK 500.
    • If you were not to pick up your item, it will be sent back to us. You as the buyer are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
    • Damage can always occur during delivery. Therefore, it is important that you immediately examine the product when you receive it and contact us at info@knokkbeslag.se if you find something wrong.
    • Normally, the delivery time is 1-3 working days for items that are in stock. Some items have a slightly longer delivery time, around 4-8 working days as they are sent from another warehouse. Should the goods be completely out of stock in both our warehouses, we will contact you for detailed information about what applies in your particular case.

    Personal data

    • Of course, all handling of personal data takes place in accordance with applicable laws.
    • When you place an order, you agree to us saving your provided personal data in our register. We do this in order to be able to fulfill the commitments we have to you in terms of service and deliveries. This means that the data will also be used by our partners for e.g. payment and delivery, but also for marketing purposes.
    • As a customer, you always have the right to request the information we have about your personal data and to change or delete it.

    Prices, pictures and product information

    • We state our prices in Swedish kronor, including VAT. Shipping costs are always added unless otherwise agreed.
    • Of course, we do our best when it comes to photographing our goods. But sometimes there can be differences between our pictures and how you experience the product when you receive it.
    • Sometimes we get it wrong when we describe our products, but we do our best to make sure it's always correct. If you find any errors, don't hesitate to get in touch! We make changes to the product descriptions without prior notification.
    • It is particularly important to mention that there are sometimes inaccuracies in the pricing. We reserve the right to adjust these afterwards.
    • Sometimes goods are based on our assortment and sometimes we do not manage to produce the desired quantity, in which case we reserve the right to adjust or cancel your order.
    • Our product images are only intended for our website, therefore you are wisest not to copy them, all according to current copyright laws.

    Dispute

    • If, against the odds, a situation should arise where the buyer and we do not agree, we refer to the General Reclamation Board (ARN). Of course, we always follow ARN's recommendations, all so that you as a buyer feel safe.

    Realization

    • In the case of realisation, we reserve the right to sell out of stock. Then we reserve the right to cancel placed order or extended delivery time.

    Right of withdrawal and return

    • Sometimes things do not turn out as planned, therefore it is important that you as a customer are aware that you can always cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you received the item. That's what the law says.
      • However, we don't just want to do what we have to, but we want to make sure that you get a quiet period where you can feel whether your purchase really feels good. That's why we offer you a 30-day right of withdrawal, of course you don't have to explain why you regretted it.
    • If you want to return an item, it is important that it is in unaltered condition so that we can sell the item to someone else.
    • Here's what to do if you regret it:
      • Send an email to info@knokkbeslag.se The email must contain your name, your contact details, order number and which products you wish to return.
      • Please explain why you have regretted it.
      • Wait for a response from us before sending the goods back, as it is important that the cooling-off period has not expired.
    • Remember that it is you as the customer who is responsible for the return cost and that the product reaches us safely. We recommend that you send it with a well-established company.
    • We refund the purchase price as soon as we can, a maximum of 14 days after we receive the item.
    • To be able to return an item, you first need to pick up the package and then send it back according to the routine above.
